This is a really crappy format
What if two MDAs try to deliver messages at the same time?
What if the MDA crashes partway through delivery?
What if the message contains a line that begins with From?
What if the message does not end with a blank line?
Etc.
qmail will deliver in this format anyway, but it's not reliable
