qmail-send sends commands to qmail-lspawn
qmail-lspawn runs qmail-local
Usually qmail-local writes the message to a file
Sometimes it might invoke qmail-queue to redeliver the message to another address
(For example, if mail to webmaster is forwarded to mjd)
Sometimes it might invoke an MDA program
(For example, if mail to mjd is forwarded to spamassassin)
