Delivery

qmail-send might want to actually deliver some mail
Consider remote/123456
qmail-send tells qmail-rspawn which address to try delivering
qmail-rspawn runs qmail-remote to deliver the message
qmail-remote carries on the SMTP conversation with the remote server
It reports success or failure back to qmail-rspawn
qmail-rspawn reports back to qmail-send
qmail-send modifies the remote/123456 file to mark addresses as finished
When all the addresses in remote/123456 are marked finished, qmail-send removes remote/123456
