What good is all this?
Suppose I want to prove my identity to strangers
I can make up and publish an HC problem for which I know the answer
Then I can prove that I'm me by proving that I know the answer to the problem
Eavesdroppers can't gather any information that helps them impersonate me
V can't turn around and pretend to be me either
