enumeration.txt is a description of how to calculate these frequency distributions, with examples. A more detailed explanation is available on my blog.
enumeration.pl is a Perl code library for calculation the distributions.
tabulate-coins and tabulate-dice are small programs that use the enumeration.pl library to generate complete tables for up to 12 dice and 20 coins.
tabulate-dice.cgi is a CGI program I wrote for the blog article that tabulates and displays a distribution in a web browser. When invoked, it displays a form that one can use to interrogate it.
Dice and Coins are the complete tables for up to 12 dice and 20 coins.
