Upcoming plan

• We want to tackle the big loop at 354-463

• In particular, can we merge it with the loop at 326--338?

• But it contains code that calls two important functions

  • compare_by_md5_sum() and compare_by_fc()

• We'll clean up these functions first

• Then return to the big loop
