The outcome of an acctsrvcs session is a change to a user's private files
I am testing with user netmon
so I often want to run some Perl code as if I were netmon
as_netmon writes out a Perl script and executes it with sudo -u netmon
Most of the test code is very dull
Which is the whole point
We'll speed through a little bit as quickly as possible
