Debugging code

Another use of interactive add:

You modified some file, say foozles.html

It contains a bunch of useful changes you want to commit

It also contains a bunch of stuff you stuck in for debugging

You don't want to commit this stuff

You don't want to delete it either

Use interactive add

Add everything but the debugging stuff to the index

Then record the commit
