Drawback: Sometimes there are a lot of mappings to check!
In cholecystoduodenostomy / duodenocholecystostomy there are 5!·2⁶ = 7,680
Generating and checking these 7,680 took an appreciable amount of time
Doing the whole dictionary took a few hours (2–3 maybe?)
But the results were worth it!!
