`Avoid Special Cases`

We had to add back five lines
- What was the benefit?
Now the program can handle more general inputs
- The sections can have more or fewer than 7 chains each
- There can be more than two sections
- load and unload sections may appear in any order
Maybe this was a waste of time and energy?
